At Badavara Nidhi Enterprises, we are dedicated to ensuring that your prizes and purchased household items reach you safely. Please read our delivery terms below.

1. Delivery Timeline

  • Prize Winners: As per our scheme regulations, once a winner is selected and the result is announced, the prize will be handed over or delivered within 60 days of the announcement.

  • Regular Purchases: For members using their accumulated amount to purchase goods at the end of the scheme, delivery timelines will be confirmed at the time of order placement, subject to stock availability.

2. Delivery Locations

  • We currently operate and deliver primarily within Mandya and other districts of Karnataka.

  • We do not offer shipping to international locations or distant states.

3. Self-Pickup (Standard Procedure)

  • Unless otherwise specified, all prizes and furniture items are to be picked up by the member from our designated office or showroom.

  • Members are advised to arrange their own vehicle for heavy items (such as cots, wardrobes, and sofas).

4. Shipping Charges & Transportation

  • Cost of Transport: The monthly installment (₹1000/-) covers the product cost/scheme participation only. It does not cover delivery fees.

  • Customer Responsibility: If a member requests home delivery, the transportation cost (Auto/Tempo charges) must be paid by the member directly to the transporter.

  • Loading/Unloading: Any labor charges for lifting heavy furniture (e.g., carrying a wardrobe to the 2nd floor) are the responsibility of the member.

5. Installation of Electronics

  • Delivery Only: Badavara Nidhi Enterprises is responsible for the handover/delivery of the box/unit only.

  • Installation: For items requiring installation (e.g., LED TVs, Washing Machines, Split ACs), the member must contact the manufacturer’s authorized service center. We will provide the necessary contact numbers. Installation charges, if any, are to be borne by the member.

6. Damaged Goods During Transit

  • Self-Transport: If the member arranges their own transport, Badavara Nidhi Enterprises is not responsible for any damage (scratches, dents, breakage) that occurs during transit from our showroom to your home.

  • Inspection: Members are strictly advised to inspect the product thoroughly at our office/warehouse before loading it onto the vehicle.

7. Unavailability of Stock

  • While we strive to provide the exact items shown in the flyer, specific models or colors are subject to market availability.

  • In the event a specific item is out of stock due to supply chain delays, we reserve the right to deliver the item as soon as fresh stock arrives (within the 60-day window).
