Return and Exchange Policy

At Badavara Nidhi Enterprises, we strive to provide high-quality household appliances and furniture to our members. Due to the nature of our “18-Month Household Items Sale Scheme” and Lucky Draw events, the following policies strictly apply to all returns and exchanges.
1. Policy on Prizes Won (Lucky Draw Winners)
As explicitly stated in our scheme rules:
No Returns or Exchanges: Once a prize (Bumper or Consolation) is selected and awarded to a winner, it cannot be returned or exchanged for another product, model, or color.
No Cash Value: Prizes cannot be returned in exchange for cash.
Final Acceptance: By accepting the prize, the member acknowledges that the item is received in good condition.
2. Manufacturer Warranty & Defects
Since we distribute branded electronics and appliances (e.g., Dell, Lenovo, Pressure Cookers, TVs, etc.):
Warranty Coverage: All electronic items and appliances are covered directly by the Manufacturer’s Warranty (if applicable).
Defective Products: If a product ceases to function or has a technical defect, the member must contact the brand’s authorized service center directly using the warranty card provided inside the box. Badavara Nidhi Enterprises is not responsible for technical repairs or replacements after the product has been handed over.
Furniture: Furniture items should be inspected strictly at the time of delivery. Once the delivery is accepted, no returns will be entertained for scratches or physical damage.
3. Return of Accumulated Goods
For members who do not win a prize and use their accumulated “Advance Payment” to purchase products at the end of the 18-month term:
Inspection upon Delivery: Members must inspect their purchased items immediately upon pickup or delivery.
Reporting Damages: Any physical damage or missing parts must be reported to management within 24 hours of receiving the item.
Change of Mind: We do not accept returns simply because a member has changed their mind about the product after purchase.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:
Registration fees or taxes paid by winners.
Products that have been used, installed, or altered.
Items without their original packaging and accessories.
