Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Badavara Nidhi Enterprises, we are committed to transparency regarding our 18-Month Household Items Sale Scheme. All members are requested to read the terms below carefully before enrolling. By obtaining a coupon and paying the installment, you acknowledge and agree to the following policy.

1. General Refund Policy

  • Non-Refundable Installments: As per the terms of our scheme, monthly installments paid by members are strictly non-refundable.

  • Discontinuation: If a member stops paying installments midway or withdraws from the scheme before the completion of the 18-month period, they will not be eligible for any refunds of the amount previously paid, nor will they be eligible for any prizes.

2. Nature of Payments

  • Advance Payment: The monthly installment (₹1000/-) is not considered a financial investment. It is treated as an advance payment towards the purchase of products (electronics/furniture) from our current or future showroom.

  • No Cash Withdrawals: The accumulated amount cannot be withdrawn as cash under any circumstances.

3. Prizes and Cash Alternatives

  • No Cash in Lieu of Prizes: Winners of the monthly draw (Bumper Prize or Consolation/Incentive Prize) cannot exchange their prize for cash.

  • Finality of Prizes: Once a prize is allocated or selected, it cannot be changed or exchanged for a different item.

  • Winners’ Liability: Winners are responsible for all registration costs and applicable government taxes associated with their prize. These costs are not refundable by the company.

4. Payment Errors and Liability

  • Authorized Payment Channels: Members must pay via the official Namma Badavara Nidhi Scanner or the authorized UPI number only.

  • Liability: The management is not responsible for refunds or claims arising from payments made to unauthorized individuals, personal accounts, or incorrect UPI IDs. Cash payments are not accepted, and no claims regarding cash payments will be entertained.

5. Cancellation of Membership

  • If a member chooses to cancel their membership voluntarily, they forfeit all claims to the money paid up to that point.

  • If a member defaults on a payment (fails to pay by the 1st of the month), they are automatically excluded from the prize selection draw for that month.
